How do I get Live Publish for Word

There are two ways of installing Live Publish to your PC, through the AppSource store (https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/office/WA104379407) or through Microsoft Word.

Through App Source – Office store:

Step one: Open a web browser and type in the App Source web address highlighted above

Step two: Search for Live Publish in the search bar

Step three: Find Live Publish and click “Get It Now”

Please note: If presented with this screen login in using Microsoft account

Step four: Accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy, and continue

 

Step five: Launch in Word by pressing “Open in word” and then you are ready to begin registration

Please note: If presented with this screen no need to worry, it’s just the standard office security warning

Select yes to continue

Please note: Word will load the document in read-only mode, press the Esc key on the top left of your keyboard to enter edit mode and load the Live Publish panel

 

Through word document:

Live Publish _ Found AddinStep two: Select the store button found inside the insert tab, this will launch the App Source office store in word

Step three: Once the store has launched, search Live Publish in the search bar and click Add

 

Live Publish _ Agree to termsStep four: Accept the terms and conditions and then it will install in to word and you are now ready to move on to the registration process
